UK Shipping

All standard web orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class. Items ordered will be shipped within 3 business days.

• Orders under £20 to the UK have a shipping fee of £4.00 and are delivered between 2-5 days.
• Orders over £20 to the UK will receive free delivery (automatically applied at checkout) and are delivered between 2-5 days.
• UK Next Business Day orders are shipped via Royal Mail UK Guaranteed, with a shipping fee of £8.50 and must be ordered by midday for delivery by 1 pm the following day.
• UK Next Business Day Delivery orders for a Saturday have a shipping fee of £8.50 and must be ordered by 11 am on Friday for delivery by 1 pm the following day.
  
  

International Shipping

International Shipping to the USA and Canada only

Standard International Shipping to the USA and Canada have a shipping fee of £12 and is delivered between 7-14 days.

 

Returns and Refunds

We want to ensure we provide you with the most efficient service possible, so if you have a query about your order, please contact us via email quoting your order number to see if we can resolve any issues you may be experiencing.

We understand that under certain circumstances items may need to be returned and refunded, therefore we have the following guidelines for your order to be applicable for a return/refund:

• The item has to be within 28 days of the original purchase
• It has to be unopened (the inner pouch must be sealed and the packaging in new condition).
  
  

If an item is returned under these conditions, we are happy to accept it, we can then issue you with a replacement blend if you so wish or a full refund for the cost of the item. Please note, that we are unable to refund your initial shipping costs.

When you are returning items, please ensure that you package the items carefully to prevent them from being damaged in transit.
