Returns and Refunds Policy

We want to ensure we provide you with the most efficient service as possible, so if you have a query about your order, please contact us via email quoting your order number to see if we can resolve any issues you may be experiencing.

We understand that under certain circumstances items may need to be returned and refunded, therefore we have the following guidelines to be applicable for a return/refund:

• The item has to be within 28 days of original purchase

• It has to be unopened (the top of the pouch must be sealed and the packaging in as new condition)

If an item is returned under these conditions, we are happy to accept it, we can then issue you with a replacement blend if you so wish or a full refund for the cost of the item. Please note, that we are unable to refund your initial shipping costs.

When you are returning items please ensure that you package the items carefully to prevent it being damaged in transit.
